Yes we do. Carer passes are complementary and can be requested by
fully registered attendees that meet the criteria set out below.
As per section 1.9 of the Terms and Conditions of a general ticket:
Please be able to provide a copy or scan of one of the following:

DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 18+, either in
the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the
actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award

Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the
benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support
Allowance (ESA)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
- Credability’s Access Card
The carer is required to be at least 18 years of age to comply with the age limit of the convention.
Carers
must be able to take responsibility for relaying instructions to the
guest they are caring for and help them where appropriate to do so.
Once you've registered, send us an email requesting a carer's pass via the Contact Us
portal and we'll provide a registration link for them to claim their
complimentary ticket. You will not have to bring your documents with you
to the convention but both yourself and your carer will need to bring
valid photographic ID in line with our general registration
requirements.

Yes, you must be 18+ by the start date of the Con.
Being accompanied by an 18+ person is not sufficient; each registered attendee must be 18+. This includes carers.
Due to the nature of the event it is not feasible to offer individual day tickets, though you can arrive any day and still pick up your badge.
The ticket price as advertised is all inclusive for the weekend and gives you access to the games rooms, dealers hall, artists alley, panel rooms, main events and evening events running from 12pm Friday, 10am Saturday and Sunday to 1am each.
We do not currently run Creator/Influencer programmes with free registration in exchange for social media content during or after the convention.
If you wish to support HaruhiCon the best way is to purchase a ticket, interact with and share the event's social media posts and make content about what you're most excited to attend about HaruhiCon.

We will not be fascilitating in-person ticket purchase at HaruhiCon. Please make sure you register for your ticket in advance of the event here.
You'll be able to redeem your ticket for your Members badge, lanyard, events schedule and conbag from the Friday of the event at HaruhiCon either from our dedicated Operations Desk or Operations (Ops). More info on desk opening times will be available closer to the convention date. You can also collect your badge on Saturday or Sunday.
You'll need your unique ticket ID and a valid form of ID.
We accept passports, driving licenses (both provisional and full), pass cards, military ID cards, national ID cards and citizen cards.
All ID must have a photo, signature, date of birth, be valid at the
time of the convention and the name on the ID must match the details
supplied at registration. If you have incorrectly entered your details
at registration please contact us to resolve this before the convention.

To request a refund, you must contact Registration via the Contact Us portal on the Website. Your refund amount will be honoured against the date your email is received via the Contact Us portal and no other platform, except in the event that the form can be evidenced not to be working at the time of contact. You must include your full name, contact details, badge name and ticket ID. You are not obligated to disclose the reason for your refund request.
We are able to offer refunds on a timed basis. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee that has already been applied to the rates listed below.
Otherwise, refunds are:
If it’s less than a month to the event, we can’t offer a refund after this point.
Please be aware that HaruhiCon can only refund your ticket purchased for HaruhiCon. For refunds regarding travel or accommodation please speak to your respective provider.

We do not offer registration transfers nor ticket re-sell. If someone comes to collect your registration that is not you and cannot provide matching ID to the ticket the badge will not be released to them.
