How will booking at the Hilton work for HaruhiCon?
The hotel is currently reserved for HaruhiCon and EasterCon attendees and booking links will arrive with your ticket confirmation emails.
To deter bookings unrelated to event attendees outside of the event links the hotel is advertising drastically elevated rates (£1000+ per night!) on its own website and the dates are not available on booking.com or other such alternatives.
We have negotiated the following room details with the venue:

🌸 First night deposit will be taken at time of booking, this is a non-transferrable and non-refundable transaction with the hotel
