To deter bookings unrelated to event attendees outside of the event links the hotel is advertising drastically elevated rates (£1000+ per night!) on its own website and the dates are not available on booking.com or other such alternatives.
We have negotiated the following room details with the venue:

🌸 First night deposit will be taken at time of booking, this is a non-transferrable and non-refundable transaction with the hotel
🌸 Breakfast (B) and Room Only (RO) rates are available (we made sure of that)

Please note that car parking spaces are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Cars parked in the NEC car parks are out of the hotel and HaruhiCon's control and charges are variable.
