We're going to be filming more than a trailer at HaruhiCon to help introduce the communittee to residential events we're going to be filming a mini documentary and we want to hear from YOU.

The opportunities include:
Room Tour - Day in the Life of an Attendee - We'd like to arrange to film get-ready-with-me style videos with 2-3 cosplayers/attendees getting ready in their hotel rooms and following them down to any of the conventions major events (Masquerade, Idol Matsuri etc)
Accessibility Advocate Interview/Follow me (sound on) - We'd like to interview those with accessibility needs (of all levels) on your thoughts on accessibility at HaruhiCon and/or do follow-me style shots showing how you move about and interact with the event to show the authentic experience
Cosplayer Interview - We want to hear your experience of HaruhiCon as a cosplayer, whether that's from being in one of our events or taking photos/filming tiktoks around the event
Panellist Interview/Film my Panel (sound on) - For those hosting fan-panels and events, especially if you're running an interactive panel, we'd love to capture some of that in real time with the sound on rather than just clips so people can get a feel for what it's like to reall be there. We'd also love to interview Panellists after their panels on the experience
Performer Interview - Are you in the Cabaret, Chess, Sakura Idol Matsuri, Cosplay Cosplay Cafe or playing one of our party slots? We'd love to catch you in action and interview you after
Attendee Interview - Want to tell us your thoughts? What events you've been to? What you've most enjoyed? What you're most looking forward to? Could be anything! Let us know!
Vendor Interview - Got a cute set up you want to show off and chat a bit about the view from behind the table? Let us know if you're game to be filmed setting up and/or interviewed at table
